The IT Club of Progressive English School successfully conducted a Typing Competition on the occasion of World Typing Day, celebrated on January 8th, for students of Classes 4, 5, 6 and 7. The event, held on January 8th, aimed to enhance the typing speed and accuracy of students while fostering their interest in technology.
The competition saw enthusiastic participation from students across the eligible classes. The participants were evaluated based on their typing speed, accuracy, and ability to complete given tasks within the allotted time. The event was a great success, inspiring students to practice typing regularly. The Typing Competition not only celebrated World Typing Day but also helped students improve an essential computer skill. The IT Club plans to organize similar events in the future to continue fostering digital literacy.
