The Quran is a book that every Muslim aspires to memorize , but memorization requires long hours of effort and patience throughout the journey. This is where the role of institutions arise.Wadihuda Women's Academy has taken a milestone movement in this regard. The Hifdul Qur'an course launched yesterday by Respected Panakkad Sayyid munnawarali shihab thangal is an endeavor for the undergraduates to complete their memorization along with their university education. Although there are lots of institutions offering hifz for students of school going kids the age group of our students marks a difference in this scenario. In the inaugural ceremony ,Mr N.M Moosa, principal, wadihuda women's Academe welcomed all the dignitaries on the stage and entire assembled people. V K Hamsa Abbas, the chairman of Ta'aleemul Islam Trust and Gulf Madhyamam chief editor presided over the function. Janab Panakkad Munavvar Ali Shihab Thangal urged the youth to be ambassadors of goodness. Apart from this Mrs.P. Ruksana, general secretary,Kerala State, jamaate islami hind women's wing,in her key note address talked about the urgency to revive faith and reflect it into way of living in both spiritual and materialistic aura without any speculative hampering s in the present era. The inaugural programme was followed by sumptuous lunch session. The programme was followed by an alumni programme. The function concluded with a warm vote of thanks.
