The PG Department of Commerce organized a creative workshop, ‘The Art of Play: Origami and Stencil Workshop’, for the 5th graders of Ursuline English Medium School as part of Children’s Day celebrations on Friday, November 15th 2024. The event aimed to inspire creativity and provide a joyful learning experience. Assistant Professor, Ms. Nishana welcomed the participants, emphasizing the importance of fostering creativity in children.
Four first-year M.Com students conducted hands-on sessions: Ms. Mufeeda demonstrated a jumping frog origami, Ms. Mirsana guided butterfly origami, Ms. Sahla taught stencil art and Ms. Jusaira assisted in creating paper flower bouquets.The workshop engaged 35 enthusiastic students, who actively participated and showcased their creativity in a lively and joyful environment.
