We are proud to announce that Mohammed Askar K, a distinguished alumnus of Wadihuda Progressive School, has been selected for the AIF Banyan Impact Fellowship 2024-2025. The American India Foundation (AIF), a leading non-profit organization, promotes social and economic development in India. Through its Banyan Impact Fellowship, AIF recognizes individuals dedicated to social change, particularly in areas like education, healthcare, and rural development.

Mr. Askar’s selection reflects his commitment to social development, a quality nurtured at Wadihuda. With vast experience in social development across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala, he has worked on projects focusing on education, community empowerment, and resource accessibility.

As part of the fellowship, Mr. Askar will work with the Jharkhand Educational Department to enhance educational infrastructure and improve quality in the region. His contributions will significantly impact the long-term development of Jharkhand’s communities.
