In association with World Coconut Day the Social Science Club organized a craft competition on 2nd September, focusing on creative works using coconut shells, leaves, and fibers. Students from classes VI to X enthusiastically participated, showcasing their artistic skills.
Students demonstrated exceptional carving, cutting, and smoothing techniques using coconut shells. Participants showcased innovative ideas, transforming coconut byproducts into unique pieces. The competition promoted aware- ness about sustainable and eco-friendly products. Students learned the value of dedication and hard work through this creative process. All crafted items were exhibited, displaying the students' artistic talents. The competition promoted cultural appreciation for traditional crafts and sustainable practices.
