Wadihuda Crescent English Medium School celebrated the Children’s Day through various programmes and different activities for children. Special Assembly was conducted on this day. The main highlight of the programme was the audio presentation with fancy dress by the L.P students as a tribute to Jawaharlal Nehru.  Then Ms.Nazeera of std IX gave a wonderful speech related to Children’s Day.  Rifa of Std VI recited the favorite poem of Jawaharlal Nehru.  The other programmes were group song presentation, quiz, flower making competitions etc.

                                Respected Headmaster of the School, Mr Shabeer sir also spoke about the importance and specialty this day and gave good messages through his words.  After the programme, A Rally by the LP class students.  Children’s prepared many placards to notice with the Rally.  For an entertainment, teachers conducted musical chair competitions for girls. There were Interhouse football tournament which was held between the houses on this day. School Head master, Mr.Shabeer.N.P Inaugurated the tournament .Prizes for the winners were distributed on the day.

Each and every students was enjoying because November, 14^th was their day.  Some students presented charts related with the histories of Jawaharlal Nehru.  After the programme teachers distributed sweets for students.  Children’s are the success of this programme.  Without them it would not be a joyful and playful one.
