The inaugural ceremony of Salvation 24-25 was held on 4 January 2025 during the school assembly for students from classes VI to IX & XI. The event began with a prayer by Rinsha and team, followed by the inauguration by Mr. Sajith Kumar., Principal, WHSS, whose address highlighted the significance of the Salvation initiative in fostering unity, health, and cultural values among students. His words served as a call to action, encouraging everyone to embrace the program’s objectives wholeheartedly. Ms. Supriya Krishnan administered the pledge, inspiring a sense of responsibility among the students.
A short speech was delivered by Riya Latheef, grade XI, the student coordinator for Salvation, highlighting the program's objectives. During the break, Naadan Kalikal were introduced to students, promoting cultural appreciation and teamwork. The ceremony concluded with the symbolic knotting of red ribbons, emphasizing unity and health awareness. Samarin, grade XI, the student coordinator for Health & Wealth, delivered the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all contributors.
