On January 5, 2025, LEVEL UP – Navigating the Challenges of Modern Life was organized under SALVATION for grade VII. Riza Rasheed, XI Science, SALVATION coordinator, welcomed the gathering. Guest speakers Mr. Haris Mahmood, family counselor & psychotherapist, and Dr. Mehreen Haris C.N., a specialty consultant at AIHMS, discussed topics like mobile addiction, food habits, sleep patterns, social interactions, and the importance of prayer. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Neha Badaru, XI Science.
