Arabic and Moral department organized 2 days residential camp on Evolve- character building of leaders during November 11 to 13 for the students of class 9. The program was kicked off by the inaugural ceremony in Progressive campus at 3.30 pm on November 11. Mr Musthafa Ibrahim, Trustee and Manager, Heavens Pre School inaugurated the event. Ms.Sujithra.R, Principal, Progressive English School presided over the ceremony. Mr.Yahya U v, Deputy Director-Academics and Ms Beefathu,Head Teacher, Progressive English School felicitated the program where Mr Shafeeq,HOD of Moral Department welcomed the gathering. Mr Ajmal P E teacher, proposed the vote of thanks. The 1st season of the program was done at Madaikavu where Mr Babu T. Head Teacher, UP section was the resource person on the topic of Amidst nature. The next session was on the topic ,explore Madayipara,know your surroundings, by the resourse person Mr.Shafi Pappinisseri. Students developed more interest to know their surroundings and the session was very attractive. The third session was held in Progressive campus.Mr Afeef Abdul Kareem led the event with the topic, Leaders of Character. Students were able to invoke the leadership quality. The second day session started with the topic Sneham Iislamil, by Mr Moosa Master ,Principal, Womens Academe Wadihuda. Followed by the session held at Fathima Matha Church, Thavam by Father Shaiju on the topic Eternal values. A heritage walk at Kannur Fort was held then under the guidance of Muhammed Shihad. Later Mr Ameer Aini,Teacher of Womens Academe handled the session on good moral character at Unity Centre,Kannur. The team visited Dharmadam beach,led by Mr Rafi Charchambalappalli, and the topic was Look into the Nature and know the creator. Students performed some cultural activities and shared their beautiful experience about the program.
