The Staff Empowerment Elevation Workshop held at Wadihuda Auditorium was a resounding success, marked by the presence of distinguished dignitaries and engaging workshop sessions. The event began with a prayer by Mr. Faheem Ibrahim, Assistant Administrative Officer of WGI, followed by a warm welcome speech from Mr. Farook Usman, General Secretary of TIT.
Mr. Abdussalam S A P, Vice Chairman of TIT, delivered a presidential speech that emphasized the importance of staff empowerment and elevation. The inauguration ceremony was graced by Mr. V K Hamza Abbas, Chairman of TIT, who officially commenced the workshop sessions.
The first session delved into the topic of satisfying stakeholders, led by Dr. Kamaluddeen, Principal of Al Shifa College of Arts & Science. This session provided practical tips on meeting stakeholder expectations and was followed by a feedback and valedictory session, and a warm honoring of the guests by the management team.
After a lunch break and campus visit, the second session explored effective communication skills with Dr. Najeeb Mohammed, Director of Ansar English School, who shared expertise on enhancing communication skills. This session also concluded with a feedback and valedictory session, and a gesture of appreciation from the management team.
The event culminated with a vote of thanks from Mr. Mustafa Ibrahim, Secretary of TIT, expressing gratitude to all participants and guests. The proceedings concluded with the national anthem, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
